Rodrigo Rocha and Naresh Trivedi, developers with extensive experience in systems development, first met in the Brazilian Internal Revenue Service’s HARPIA Project – Risk Analysis and Applied Computational Intelligence.
Together they noticed that the technology market was deficient in quality and response time within adequate deadlines.
Once they realized their partnership would be able to supply this market demand, since their way of working and commitment made it possible to plunge themselves into each client’s business, forming high performance teams and delivering really solid, consistent and quality projects have become a great purpose.

Ao longo do ano realizamos o processo seletivo para duas turmas do Programa de Estágios Além do Sistema (uma turma por semestre).
As candidaturas podem ser feitas por meio do site ou com envio de CV por e-mail para vemsermuralis@muralis.com.br
O processo seletivo é composto por 3 etapas: perfil profissional, entrevista com RH e entrevista técnica. Após cada etapa as candidaturas passam por uma análise cuidadosa, buscando identificar talentos e sinalizando feedbacks direcionados aos candidatos que não venham a ser selecionados. Com o feedback buscamos fornecer insumos e dicas de estudos para que os candidatos possam se preparar melhor para futuras oportunidades.
Ao longo de período de 3 meses de formação, a equipe conta com aprendizado prático de programação de sistemas (Backend), criação de interfaces de usuário (Frontend), análise de dados geoespaciais (GIS), gerenciamento de processos de desenvolvimento de software (DevOps), documentação técnica, design de experiência do usuário (UX/UI) e testes de software. Para além do aspecto técnico, a equipe conta com importantes aprendizados e experiências sobre trabalho em equipe, empatia, colaboração, resiliência, comunicação, dentre outras habilidades interpessoais (Soft Skills).
Podem fazer parte do Programa de Estágios estudantes dos cursos de: Engenharia da computação, Análise de Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Sistemas de informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.
O estágio na Muralis é feito na modalidade 100% presencial, de modo que cada integrante tenha a oportunidade de conhecer mais de perto o dia a dia da empresa e aprender não apenas a rotina técnica, mas compartilhar experiências e aspectos fundamentais de cultura e colaboração entre equipes.
